REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last Updated: May 24, 2026

At AQUAVYX™, we stand behind the tactical performance and quality of our gear. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the date your tracking information confirms delivery of your order. If our eyewear does not perform to your standards on the water, you may request a return or exchange subject to the guidelines outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, all returned merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be initiated within 30 days of the documented delivery date.
  • Items must be in brand-new, unused, and resaleable condition, completely free of lens scratches, structural modifications, or signs of field wear.
  • The product must be returned inside its complete original packaging, including the Polarized Pro sunglasses, the Tactical Hardcase, the microfiber cleaning cloth, and the polarization test card. Missing kit components may result in partial deductions from the final refund balance.

2. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

The following instances void standard return eligibility:

  • Any product customized, modified, or altered based on individual user preferences or specific customer metrics.
  • Items damaged due to physical abuse, negligence, accidents, exposure to extreme heat, or improper storage outside of the provided protective case.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, submit a written request to our support team before shipping any items back. Do not return merchandise to the address on the shipping label without prior written authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Your request must include your Order Number, the email address associated with the purchase, and a brief description of the reason for the return or your preferred exchange configuration.


4. Return Shipping Costs

You are solely responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as AQUAVYX™ cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit by third-party carriers. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Processing & Refund Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna). Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account. Please also note that standard delivery to our facility may take 6–10 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier. AQUAVYX™ has no control over banking or shipping processing times.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at support@aquavyx.com with your Order Number and photo evidence. Defective item claims are handled as a priority — we will provide a complimentary replacement or full store credit at no additional cost to you.
