The following terms and conditions apply to all shipments and payments processed through aquavyx.com.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to the following destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select additional international destinations.


2. Shipping Costs

Domestic (United States): Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.

International: A flat-rate shipping fee of $18.99 applies to all international orders. This fee does not include any applicable local sales tax, customs duties, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (United States): Orders are typically delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

International: Orders are typically delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of order confirmation, or from the date of payment authorization in the case of advance payment methods.

Please note that carrier delivery does not occur on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays, which may affect estimated delivery windows.

If your order contains items with varying delivery timelines, all items will be consolidated into a single shipment unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon. In such cases, the total delivery timeframe will be determined by the item with the longest estimated lead time.


4. Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Payment Terms

When paying by credit or debit card, your account will be charged immediately upon order confirmation. For Klarna transactions, payment terms are governed by Klarna's terms and conditions, available at https://www.klarna.com.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees assessed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. AQUAVYX™ has no control over customs processing times or fees and cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs inspections.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@aquavyx.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. AQUAVYX™ is not liable for carrier delays outside of our control, including weather events, customs holds, or carrier disruptions.
